Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Overseeing and mentoring team members on day-to-day responsibilities.
Reporting key issues and technical matters to senior management.
Managing workflows and ensuring efficient, timely completion of tasks.
Developing strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, including leading client meetings.
Acting as a mentor through regular one-to-one meetings, appraisals, and performance goal-setting.
Managing a portfolio of complex, high-net-worth clients, delivering exceptional service.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and fostering relationships with clients and advisors.
Maintaining statutory and accounting records while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold or be working towards a STEP, CGI, or similar professional qualification, with proven experience in administration and technical knowledge of fiduciary services. You’ll have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage tasks independently. Strategic awareness of market trends and a strong focus on team development are essential.How To Apply
