Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Administering a diverse portfolio of Trusts, Companies, Foundations, and Limited Partnerships across multiple jurisdictions.
Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, intermediaries, and advisors.
Attending and participating in client and intermediary meetings.
Providing training and mentoring to Assistant Administrators to enhance their knowledge and confidence in trust and corporate services.
Managing daily tasks independently and as part of a team.
Proactively identifying and implementing solutions to client administration challenges.
Ensuring timely action of diaries and compliance tasks to avoid overdue items.
Handling billing and debt collection for assigned client portfolios.
Conducting initial and final reviews of working papers for annual financial statements.
Overseeing the acquisition, monitoring, and disposal of varied asset classes within the client portfolio.
Preparing complex correspondence and board/trustee minutes as necessary.
Undertaking periodic client file reviews.
Assisting senior management in leading the team, including conducting staff assessments and reviews.
Representing the business at external functions and events.
Supporting the Trust Manager/Associate Director with operational and financial reporting tasks.
Reviewing and checking the work of junior team members.
