Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Administering a diverse client portfolio, including trusts, companies, foundations, and limited partnerships across multiple jurisdictions.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and advisors.
Attending and actively participating in client and intermediary meetings.
Providing day-to-day training and mentoring to junior administrators to enhance their knowledge and confidence.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, including AML/CFT, FATCA/CRS reporting, and beneficial ownership obligations.
Preparing correspondence, board/trustee minutes, and other documentation.
Managing client billing and debt collection processes.
Reviewing working papers and supporting documentation for annual financial statements.
Assisting with company-wide projects and initiatives.
Maintaining accurate and organised client records and files.
