They are now seeking a CDD Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager to take a leading role in managing the customer due diligence (CDD) process, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting both internal teams and clients with expert guidance.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Reviewing new client take-on documents and preparing CDD files.
Conducting ongoing CDD reviews and updating records in line with regulatory requirements.
Monitoring client transactions and maintaining compliance with Guernsey AML Handbook standards.
Managing trigger events and ensuring timely resolution of compliance issues.
Conducting sanctions screening and overseeing the completion of Refinitiv/World Checks.
Supporting the completion of periodic and trigger-based reviews.
Assisting with internal compliance reviews, reporting key findings to senior management.
Maintaining statutory records and ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a client services or CDD role within the financial services sector, with a strong understanding of Guernsey fund structures and compliance frameworks.
