As a Document Management Administrator in a temporary capacity, starting immediately and lasting until the end of the year, with a potential extension. This role is pivotal in managing incoming correspondence within a Medical Practice, ensuring efficient document flow and supporting both clinical and administrative staff in maintaining organised and up-to-date patient records.

Duties will include, but are not limited to;Maintaining the smooth operation of incoming documents received.
Sorting and distributing daily courier deliveries and internal mail.
Reading code new diagnoses, personal details or other relevant medical information.
