Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Leading recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including contracts, inductions, and exit interviews.
Managing employee records, benefit schemes, and payroll data input.
Supporting performance management, training, and employee relations.
Advising on HR matters and ensuring compliance with legislation.
Preparing HR summaries and assisting with HR strategy.
Overseeing office operations, supplies, health and safety, and ad hoc projects.
