Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Leading and structuring a high-performing team that integrates seamlessly across multiple jurisdictions.
Managing recruitment, training, and performance development to maintain a culture of excellence.
Acting as Client Relationship Owner, ensuring top-tier service and aligning with the company’s core values.
Serving as a signatory and board member for both client entities and internal corporate structures.
Leading the Funds Strategy for Guernsey and contributing to wider strategic initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk management frameworks across all client structures.
Managing budgets and financial forecasting, with a focus on profitability, recoverability, and cash collection.
Driving business development efforts in collaboration with senior stakeholders, contributing to market positioning and growth.
